In late 2024, I called several agents to discuss selling my recently renovated property at 13 Asperia Street, Reedy Creek. Having purchased elsewhere, I was ready to let go of the home.

I contacted a few companies to stage my property to achieve the best possible price, however, this proved more difficult than I initially thought, especially since I wanted to get it to market within a week. Being in IT, I knew that digital furniture often looks fake, however, I was amazed at the quality. Buyers even wondered where the lovely furniture was during the open house!

Naomi and Charlotte, with years of experience as real estate agents, took the time to show me how to sell my own property, saving me thousands of dollars in agent marketing and commission fees! I engaged them as consultants as an owner-seller, and I received five offers after one open house and sold for more than I expected to a couple who will love my home! I sold with far less stress and more money going to me as the seller. I would highly recommend talking to these ladies to save your time, energy, and money. I'm very happy I did!
